Our Management

MANAGEMENT INFORMATION

LLCO has planned its management structure in a very systematic manner. The governing body which is the decision making body for all policy level matters comes at the top of the hierarchy level. The governing body consists of all the members of the Project Coordination Committee and the Program Manager. There is Advisory Committee who is responsible for providing suggestions towards core institutional building and suggests suitable measures to solve the crisis. The Governing Body takes decisions on policy making, fund raising, institutional building etc. the General Body, which sits twice in a year, appraised all the happenings of the
organization including program & finance. The general bodyconsists of the partner organization Heads, all SST members. 2 nos. community representatives from each project locations, all the members of the Advisory Committees. All Project Coordinators and the program manager. All the decision of the governing body
approved at the general body.

At project level there are project coordinators who manage the programs along with program support staffs. All the coordinators are responsible for each projects and reports to the Management.

All the policy decisions, planning’s as well as the monitoring conducted with the involvement people directly & indirectly by taking their suggestions. The SEF has policy on personnel & monitoring & evaluation system. Equal status and opportunities assured for both the sexes. Based on the performance, the staffs
enjoyed their status with relevant activities.

The entire management information system within the LLCO is revolving continuously starting from the bottom to top & top to bottom. Besides regular internal monitoring & evaluation periodical monitoring & evaluation organized by external evaluators both for finance & program. On the basis of the external evaluators suggestion the organizations reshuffles its policy level changes &
institutional building process.
