“LIFE LINE CARE ORGANISATION (LLCO) is a non-profit making charitable Organisation. LLCO established for the welfare and upliftment of the physically challenged and weaker sections of the society. We are registered under Societies Act, XXI; 1860.The Main areas of intervention for the organization are Education, Health, Livelihood and Disability.

OBJECTIVE

Our objective is to empower disadvantaged groups, by improving their access to quality education and providing vocational training, sustainable income generating activities and, last but not least, building the leadership capacities of our stakeholders. In order to maximize the efficacy of its programs, we takes a culturally sensitive, holistic and integrated approach to providing people access to the tools, training and structures they need to maintain and customize the programs initiated by us. In others words, we facilitates rather than supplies change. Indeed, one of our greatest strengths is its skill in building networks and providing forums in which members of disadvantaged communities, local business people, service providers and NGOs come together in partnership to devise and enact solutions to pressing local and national problems.

To contribute to the process of professionalization of, HUMAN DEVELOPMENT SYSTEMS for increasing productivity of investments made in Social Development Systems acting as CATALYSTS of CHANGE.

Philosophy

We believe that opportunities and skills are the basic need for the every human being for survival in this modern era. As we lives in India where people live in such poor situations where they spend their whole day in finding of two square meal of the day. They have talent and capacities to work hard but due to unaware about their potential and capabilities, they find difficulties in their livelihoods. And lives under the unemployment and underemployment situations.
We have strong believe that every individual is unique and have potential and capacities of leading their life with full potential.

With research and surveys we found that elimination of unemployment and under employment can only through imparting skills and vocational training with gradual and sequential approach. We want help the every individual especially weaker section and low socio-economic sector to have standard of living, physical, mental, moral, spiritual, social and economical development, especially those who are deprived due to unemployment and underemployment. Our programmes and strategies are providing skills development training and linkage them with job opportunities.

Our Objectives

• To provide vocational skills training and subsequent job opportunities to underprivileged youth from economically disadvantaged backgrounds.
• To help the youth in build their self confidence and develop the foundational skills needed to succeed in the professional world.
• To meet the labour demands of high-growth sectors in India.
• To provide a platform exclusively to the underprivileged for self entrepreneurship development.
• To create entrepreneurs through mentoring and financial support.
• To run various programmes for the welfare of the most under privileged section of the society and promote awareness in the field of education, health , environment and income generation activities in youth and women.
• To undertake projects for rural upliftment and development of education, vocational training and SHGs in rural area.
• To make people aware about Road Safety and provide training to drivers and health volunteers.
• To help in improve the overall health delivery system through awareness camps, training, research and advocacy with government.
• To collaborate with other like minded organization and institution.
• To root out corruption, exploitation, communal hatred, fear and terror and make every citizen stands in the main stream of the nation with head high and no fear of insecurity in the heart.
