young people benefited from Skills Training Programme and link them with job opportunities.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Running vocational training programmes and organizing Self Help Groups as a part of economic empowerment of these disadvantage groups and communities to which they belong.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Conduct trainings on promotion, formation and management of SHGs.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Offering counseling regarding career guidance and psychological support (emotional support).<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Organize district and state level workshop on appropriate technology.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Organize interface workshop with district administration.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Conduct research and development study on appropriate technology.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Provided free resources to needy section of societies like homeless people.<\/li><li style=\"text-align: left;\">Organize basic Health camps, nutritional, blood donation, road safety camps, HIV\/AIDS awareness camps and free medical services for the women and adolescent The causes are legion and include dropping out of high school because of poor education,<\/em><br \/><em>needing to support one&#8217;s family at an early age, a lack of information on the job market, and, most importantly, not possessing the basic skills required by employers today.
